Not long now before we get started on Algalon.  Hope for some good news before 3.3

Also.  Faction Champions 25man Heroic can go fuck itself.  In the ass.  With a chainsaw.

Time for a news update even if it does ruin the front page... it was so nice to open the homepage and find my character glaring back.

Anyway... After some very slow progress we have had the best start to any week EVER!

Monday: Freya + 3 Elders was slain
 I cannot think of another recent boss that we have tried so many different tictacs to find the one that suited us most.



Tuesday: Beasts of Northrend Heroic  was slain
In the first couple of tries we had Icehowl to around 7000 Hp and we knew the time had come for the Beasts to be dispatched. After many more tries and a lot of focused effort we crushed Icehowl and gorged ourselves in shiny epix!

Wednesday: Algalon 10 man  was slain and the world was saved \o/
At last the 10 man Ulduar has been cleared and the world has been saved... until next week. Now all we need to do is get to the 25 man version before Ice Crown Citidel is released....

Thanks for the drake guys.  I won't be coming to 10man's anymore :p

Tonight our regular slacking 10man team finally finished off their Achievements for the Rusted Proto Drakes.  Big congrats to all who were involved, but mostly Kurosaki, because he is amazing and totally carried the team.  What a lovely picture, all the important people in the guild, and Wrathstorm. We have been practising how to wipe on Algalon, a most interesting fight indeed.  We'll surely have some news on him soon enough. Then we went on to ToC Heroic, and reassured ourselves of exactly how much we hate PvP style encounters in PvE content.  However on Jarraxus we did pick up a nice achievement for doing things wrong. Ignoring the last Mistress portal FTW/FTL?
