So what team(s) do you support and who do you think will win the cup?

I'm a bit sad, but obviously not surprised, that Belgium didn't manage to qualify. So I'll have to go with Spain. They have great players across the board and are not overly dependent on one or two talented players to make a difference.

Argentina have a lot of talented players as well, but I'm not convinced of the managerial abilities of Maradona.

Brazil on the other hand seem a bit weaker than usual, but their players always manage to surpass themselves on a World Cup. I can't believe Dunga left Ronaldinho and Neymar at home though, I really think they lack quality strikers in the seleção.

Actually I don't care who will win as long Spain and France will be eliminated. For sure Italy will fight hard to keep his title of Champion of the World.

well im screaming for 2 weeks at every that ask me maf on with team did you put your money and i always tell them that i will be spain. i mean common with that midfield (xavi/fabregas/Iniesta) and villa + torres as strikers its hard to beat. count in the defenders have a real attitude like if you pass me you are eating grass they have a good change to win)

sadly our dutch cows will be eliminated in the quater finals like always probably by penalties.

I'm with Spain in this case as well. With the strikers and midfield Maff mentioned, they will surely put some pressure on the other's defense lines.

Regarding Messi and the boys (Argentina), the only problem is the coach, Maradona. I've seen some of his interviews, loads of cr@p in it. Not every single good player will make a good coach. (Rudi Völler hehe)

Besides Spain, there's one more team I'm rooting for, and that's the Netherlands. I've been rooting for them for like 10-12 years, but with Robben struggling with injury, it'll be hard for them.

Greece is not and never was a good team, plus I don't really appreciate Greek football. About today's game, it could have been better, it could have been worse, at least it was more fun to watch than yesterday's France match

It was more fun in the sense that Patsatzoglou got in. I kinda loled there. Or how Rehagel used Vintra as a center back... Or how he swapped Karagounis instead of Seitaridis, Charisteas or Tziolis... Or etc. etc.
