Do they do a left handed version of that? I'd be all over it.

I've got a logitech g5.

You could try the official wow mouse from steelseries http://steelseries.com/products/games/world-of-warcraft/world-of-warcraft-mmo-gaming-mouse.  It looks all Deathwingy and everything! Tongue

Razer naga also. Not an expert on what makes a good mouse but its comfy, the pad is in the right place, it even comes with a little kit to help you get used to it, not that it was needed (rubber sticky on bits to mark the buttons so you can feel which is which at first). As everyone is keen to point out not cheap, but if you were asking for a particular mouse i assume you had figured as much, when you open the packet you pretty much find what you paid for. Personally i don't feel ripped off one bit.

I do want to point out that if you decide to  buy the nage that it takes some time getting used to. But after a night or two of instancing, you 'll be able to find the keys blindly. But it's not something for those who easily get frustrated.

Hmmm I'm currently using a lachesis which I like very much but I've been tempted by a Naga for ages now. I'm mainly priest healing these days (might level my paladin soon and heal) but quite fancy some way of having it all on mouse:)
