Name: Lars van Dooren

Age: 27

Character Information:

http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/character/bloodhoof/Holyblazing/simple

So i am a female BE holy paladin and i do have a retri offspecc, but i dont use it anymore because i feel this character should be a healer only. after playing warlock for 5 year i felt it was time for something new and i created this character. Based on information of befriended players and searching online for the best talentbuilds i chose to fill in the tree as seen on my character.

Notable Alts

lvl 85 Orc Warlock:

What are your current/past guilds and the reasons you left them?

My current guild is Vita Luna, but i'm in there on a social base.
they have some nice people in there, but i don't get any chance on raiding since they only have 1 10man team.
i agreed to be a social in there, but the fingers are itching to raid again.

i've also been in Nomads, there i filled the spot as dps warlock for quite some time.

Why are you interested in joining Awesome Grats?

Awesome grats to me have a long standing good reputation of taking the game seriously and venture off into end game content. i also believe it is a nice guild to be proud of when you are in it. since i never heard any bad stories about Awesome Grats

Raiding experience (this can be any and all raiding experience you've had from release up to present):

classic: was leveling my first character then.
TBC: SSC, TK, BT, Karazhan, Gruul and Maggy
WOTLK: Naxxramas, Ulduar, ICC, also did the trial of crusader raids, but in my opinion i have to say that is was a boring raid for me personally.
Cataclysm: BWD and BoT, never got a real good chance to experience Firelands.

Which days are you usually available to raid?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Sometimes Friday, the weekend is Real Life to the max.

Do you use an authenticator with your battle.net account? (If not, say why)

Yes i have an authenticator for my battle.net account.

Other info about yourself:

Well i'm Lars van Dooren. I'm 27 years old living in Bergen op Zoom (the Netherlands).
i've just completed my education and i am now a photographer.
i'm hoping to open my own studio in the near future.

my hobbies are playing videogames (mostly WoW), Going fishing, Socialize.

i have a girlfriend, that i've met on wow (bloodhoof) and its still going strong, even though she doesn't play the game anymore.
i like to fun in the game while being dedicated to reach the end content.

Hi and thanks for your application. AG is currently in need of good raiders as we struggle at times to sustain 25-man raiding and have to revert to 10-man. This has hampered our progress of late. I am no expert on paladins and thus leave the class scrutiny to Fellcore.
Could you enlighten us a bit on your raiding experience? How many of the progress kills you mention were done while the content was relevant and challenging?
I have opened an internal discussion thread about you application. We should be able to get back to you with a decision in about a week's time.

While i was in Nomads i was a pretty steady raider for ICC in the beginning and attended some first kills in there. and then it was off to blackwing descent at first and then later bastion of twilight.
in blackwing descent i attended first kill on Atramedes. i pretty much anderstand quite quick enough how a fight works. and i love to progress not only myself but to be able to be a valued player on the team.

i played the role of ranged dps on my warlock. what can i say im just good on following orders. tho i do pre read on tactics and stuff, watch videos of the fights.

during the bwd and bot raids my educational exams were on the planner so i had to take a step back from WoW.
after passing my exams i came back to play more often again but Nomads wasnt the same anymore, i went to vita luna since VL members are ex-members of nomads, i came there on a social base.
tho i have raided with them a couple of times but no firelands yet. ive done bot and bwd fully cleared 10man normal on my paladin as healer without any serious problems.

my fingers are just itching to be able to play the end game content, make an effort for the team.
some serious good playing with a fun factor in it is important.

i do have to admit that my paladin isnt as well provided as my warlock, but i had a talk with Doba (Nico) who i know from a previous guild and took his advice on what needs to be changed on my paladin.

if you want to know anything else feel free to whisp me, im mostly on paladin or on my dk (Zkenpachi) that im levelling on the side.

Greetz,

Lars
